The planned building serves as a gateway in the urbanistic system, combining a supermarket with parking and storage areas on the ground floor. The upper levels offer flexible living units for a cooperative, fostering a vibrant community through spacious common areas and diverse housing typologies. With its terraced design and innovative parking concept, the project creates space for social interaction and sustainability while integrating maximum flexibility and quality of life into the urban environment.
